Product Manager Suits - Amsterdam

Take made-to-measure production to the next level

Do you have an eye for quality, a passion for menswear, and experience managing global production processes? Then this might be the role for you. As Product Manager Suits, you’ll play a central role in coordinating suit production across multiple ateliers worldwide. You’ll ensure every garment meets the highest standards in quality, timing, and cost — while building strong, sustainable partnerships.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll work closely with ateliers, internal departments, and suppliers. You will:

• Oversee daily production operations across international ateliers

• Ensure quality, lead times, and capacity meet both internal standards and customer expectations

• Set up and manage efficient workflows – from inbound goods to outbound shipments

• Ensure all ateliers follow product specs and craftsmanship guidelines

• Negotiate CM (cut & make) prices and monitor production costs

• Manage yearly planning and track KPIs related to quality, stock, and delivery

• Analyze customer complaints and coordinate follow-up actions

• Align lead times, stock levels, and production capacity with internal teams

• Support atelier managers and QC teams in setting priorities and making decisions

• Oversee the implementation of new product developments into production

• Support sourcing and onboarding of new production partners

• Ensure CSR policies, certifications, and audit requirements are followed and embedded

• Build strong relationships with suppliers, technical experts, and internal stakeholders

This role reports to the Production Team Lead and requires regular international travel.

What you bring

• A relevant degree (e.g., textiles production or fashion & textiles management)

• 5–10 years’ experience in garment production, ideally in menswear or made-to-measure

• Deep knowledge of production processes and manufacturing techniques

• A strong affinity for fabrics, tailoring, and product detail

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• A problem-solving mindset and strong negotiation skills

• Confidence in working independently and collaboratively

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Flexibility to travel internationally as needed
